UK 1939 CANCER ACT – Illegal to cure CANCER.

Passed by UK Parliament, and also applied in the U.S.

Under the 1939 Cancer Act, it is a criminal offence for medical practitioners, to advise patients on potential cancer cures.

Therefore, would it not be deemed FRAUDULENT, for cancer charities to accept financial donations, under the assumption that they are investigating a cure for cancer, when in fact, it is a criminal act for such organisations/individuals, to publicise results for such cures.

Cancer Act, 1939, brought in to “make further provision for the treatment of cancer, to authorise the Minister of Health to LEND money to the National Radium Trust, to PROHIBIT certain advertisements relating to cancer, and for purposes connected with the matters aforesaid.”

Yet, it is the same Radium Trust, that would in turn offer chemotherapy, cancer treatments.

Although, one must understand that whilst perpetual research investigations, without any final cure continue,

so does the DEMAND for continued, never ending funding (£££) from, Government, Charities, and a particular sort of individual that would need to ‘hide away’ ill gotten financial gains. No one would ever dream of investigating a cancer charity for fraudulent activities now, would they?

Each charitable donation, is tax exempt, what a wonderful way of saving!

The Cancer Act is still in effect today, and medical practitioners have been prosecuted, for attempting to cure cancer.

In the US, the punishment is the Death Penalty, in Canada it is Life Imprisonment.
