Some of you may have read elsewhere that legal issues have been exposed in TFL’s PCN process that apparently makes every PCN open to challenge regardless of the contravention. TFL will obviously be scrambling to close any loopholes, so full details have not been posted publicly on social media.
Anyone who receives a TFL PCN is advised to email it (without redactions) directly to Ivan (a PCN expert) at ivanleo@gmail.com with the PCN number in the subject line and he’ll communicate privately with you.
